Business & Rental Licenses
Business Licenses are required for anyone performing a job in the Town of Ocean View. Our licenses follow a calendar year and full year licenses are valid from January to December. A full year license is available for $200.
Rental Licenses are required for anyone renting property within the Town of Ocean View. The license is a yearly license which follows a calendar year from January to December and is available for $150. A Gross Rental Receipt Tax Form for ALL Years is due twice yearly to the Town.
