The Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building is located at 201 Central Avenue, south of Route 26, near Bear Trap.  

The Ocean View Police Department is located on the 1st floor of the building.  Entrance is at the rear of the building.  Chief Kenneth McLaughlin leads the OVPD and can be reached by phone at 302-539-1111 or by email at kenneth.mclaughlin@cj.state.de.us .

The Town Manager, the Town Administrative Official, and the Administrative and Finance staff are located on the 2nd floor of the building.  Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. The phone number is 539-9797.
